Policy
Employees who resign or retire are encouraged to participate in an exit interview with Human Resources. These interviews are intended to help the college determine and document the reason(s) you’re leaving, and to collect constructive feedback that can be used to enhance college operations.
Procedures
Contact Human Resources to schedule an exit interview before your final day of work. Exit interviews have two portions: required and voluntary.
Required Portion
This portion of the exit interview involves collecting college property (e.g., key cards) and reviewing contact and insurance continuation issues.
Voluntary Portion
This part of the exit interview exists to give you an opportunity to discuss your employment experience and reason for leaving. Any issues of concern you raise during this portion of the exit interview will be forwarded to the appropriate college official.
