Refund Policy for Fee-Based classes: Community Education does not provide student refunds for fee-based classes once the class starts. It is the student's responsibility to drop the class one day before the class starts in order to request a refund. No refunds are provided once the class ends.
Requests for Marketing and Promotion
The Public Information Specialist manages media relations, advertising, marketing campaigns, branding, social media, outreach materials, event promotion, photography, and video production in collaboration with the Office of Public Affairs and Communications and Campus Graphics.
To request marketing materials or promote your class at AHC鈥檚 outreach and promotional events, please complete the form below:
All requests for marketing and promotion must be submitted at least four weeks before the promotion start date.
For Community Education website updates, please submit a request via email including:
- A link to the webpage that needs updating
- A screenshot highlighting the outdated content
- The exact text, link, or information to be updated
