Discrimination Complaints
The district's Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy includes complaint procedures for students who experience discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, marital status, national origin, ethnic identification, age, disability, pregnancy or status as a Vietnam-era veteran. In addition, the district鈥檚 Sexual Harassment Policy forbids intimidation or harassment of a sexual nature and provides a complaint procedure for students who experience sexual harassment.
Discrimination Complaint Procedure
A person who feels they have been or are being subjected to discriminatory treatment, including sexual harassment, or who has learned of such unlawful discrimination in their official capacity, should immediately notify the Office of the Vice President, Student Services by submitting the following form:
If the complainant is not satisfied with the final decision, they may file a complaint with the within 30 days of the determination of the board.
