The mission of the EOPS, CARE, NextUp, CalWORKs, Guardian Scholars & Rising Scholars Programs is to minimize barriers and to assist educationally and economically disadvantaged eligible students in achieving their educational and career goals by providing access to 鈥渙ver and above鈥� support services and college resources.
