A Mandatory Report Was Made About Me
A mandatory report was made stating I have experienced sexual misconduct. What happens next?
All 老澳门六合彩开奖记录 faculty and staff are mandatory reporters, which means if they become aware of an instance of sexual misconduct, whether it involves a student or employee of the college, they are required to report it. This is for the protection of both the survivor/victim as well as the safety of the entire campus.
If you have been reported to a Title IX facilitator, someone will reach out to you to offer assistance, explain the available resources both on and off-campus, and, most importantly, ensure your safety, health and well-being. The Title IX facilitator will also outline the various options available to you, including requesting a formal investigation, informal resolution, supportive measures and/or filing a police report.
As the survivor/victim, you can choose to use only those services that would be most helpful to you. Additionally, you have the right to refuse further action and services.
