Mandatory Reporting

While we encourage all campus community members to report incidents of harassment or discrimination, or any form of sexual misconduct, several classifications of campus community members have been identified as mandatory reporters for Title IX purposes.

Faculty and Staff
All faculty and staff at 老澳门六合彩开奖记录, with a few exceptions (see bullets), are considered mandatory reporters for Title IX. This means that regardless of position or status, all faculty and staff are required to disclose Title IX related information and/or incidents that came to their attention. View the Mandated Reporter Card. Email titleix@snc.edu to request a printed version.

Positions that are exempt because they are confidential resources.

Resident Assistants (REH staff) and Campus Safety Staff
Resident assistants and campus safety staff are expected to be mandatory reporters at all times due to their visible presence on campus as the “go-to” individuals when assistance is needed.

Student Workers
All student workers are considered mandatory reporters when working. If a student worker becomes aware of information or an incident of sex discrimination/misconduct while acting in the capacity of his or her employment, a report must be made. As noted above, REH student staff are mandated at all times.
